The ACMEC property is part of the Wilson Farms Subdivision Plan, which includes restrictions on development. The property consists of two tracts totaling 24.5 acres, but the subdivision plan limits development to a 2.68 acre area.

The property in question is located on the North side of Conestoga Road (Rt. 401), East of Route 113 and directly east of  Skyline Drive.

 

ACMEC's submitted plan is to construct a 26,370 sq ft temple, a 9,100 sq ft auxiliary building, and 100-space parking lot on 4.6 acres -- beyond the deed-restricted 2.68 acre development area.
